Meet Dr. Petersen
A journey inspired by compassion.
Dr. Petersen’s path to dentistry began in Cambodia, where volunteering with Operation Smile showed him the life-changing impact of dental care. He earned a bachelor’s degree in human biology from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2009.
He continues to strengthen his skills through ongoing education and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Benton-Franklin County Dental Society.
More than a dentist
Away from the practice, Dr. Petersen values laughter, church and community service, coaching soccer, and exploring Washington outdoors. His greatest joy is time with his wife, Sheri, and their four children.
